Purpose
To give a workaround when command on OS level and in SM49 / SM69 works differently (or does not work at all)
So what configuration we have to make in SM69 transaction so that we can execute it using function module 'SXPGCOMMANDEXECUTE'. I am confused In SM69 t code In definition block: what to provide in: Operating System Command parameter. What to provide in Additional parameter. Our Java Program accepts 3 parameters in Input. SAP systems use several different mechanisms to execute OS commands. Dialog call with an authenticated user a) CALL ‘SYSTEM' C-call from ABAP programs (RSBDCOS0) or Z-programs b) Call logical OS commands using the SM49/SM69 mechanism in ABAP programs. Batch processing (SM36) with an SAP user.

How to overcome the issue in SM49, among-others:
- command on OS level works but not in SM49
- wildcard '*' in the command
- questionmark '?' in the command
- blank character ' ' in the command
Wildcard or questionmark in the command
In general, wildcard is not supported in SM49 / SM69, among others due to security reasons (SAP note 401095), but questionmark is.
You want to use e.g. the command chmod /???_???_??? or chmod /*
This works on OS level:

Instead of use the find command with exec:
